Privacy Policy

VoltDash (“the App”) is a personal EV dashboard operated by Oleg Zhukovski (zhukovskioo@gmail.com). This policy explains what data the App uses when you connect a vehicle through the official Tesla Fleet API.

1. Data we access

With your explicit OAuth consent, VoltDash may read:

• Vehicle information (battery level, range, charge state, climate, lock state)
• Vehicle location (if you grant the location scope)
• Basic profile identifiers needed for account linking

If you grant command scopes, the App may send actions you initiate (lock/unlock, climate, charge start/stop).

2. How data is used

Vehicle data is used only to display status on your dashboard and to run commands you trigger. VoltDash is intended for personal use with your own vehicle.

3. Storage

• Browser session storage may keep a short-lived dashboard snapshot on your device.
• OAuth tokens are stored only on the server you run (or your session cookie) and are not sold or shared.
• Demo mode uses fake local data and does not contact Tesla.

4. Third parties

Authentication and vehicle APIs are provided by Tesla, Inc. through the Fleet API. Tesla’s own privacy terms also apply to data processed on their systems.

5. Retention & deletion

You can disconnect at any time in the App. You can also revoke VoltDash access in your Tesla account privacy / third-party apps settings. Local session data can be cleared from your browser.
